Open Question: Mobile/Manufactured Home Purchase?

I'm considering one on a level lot and there is nowhere for rainwater to drain. Is there a way to prevent mold/mildew or should I avoid purchasing? Seems that most of the homes in the park I'm looking at are not on elevated ground either. Thanks!!
It's a used home, and a very good deal. My only concern is the lot it's on. Thanks!

Open Question: Who manufactures the Home Front Smoke Alarm?

I attended a free dinner the other night where they promoted smoke alarms. I invited them back to my house where I bought six alarms for about 600 per alarm. I know it's expensive but I felt they were worth it. The problem I'm having is that the rep wouldn't tell me who makes the alarms other than they are made in the USA. I pressed him on where, but he wouldn't say. I feel I have right to know who manufactured a life saving product in my home. Can anyone help me find out where these are made? Possibly share with me how to find out where they are made- so I don't have to ask for help again in the future. I am looking for the actual maker of these alarms- not a distributor...

Open Question: According to indications the recession is over. For the trans national corporations, or the US worker?

Apple has its goods manufactured in China where they pay the workers $1.50 an hour for a twelve hour day. They sell these slave wages goods in the US for the same price as if they were made in the US by union labor. Apple now has 100 billion dollars of CASH stacked up...and that's only one trans national that's rolling in dough...that's why they manage to buy each other out for billions...in cash. They pay almost no taxes either. Barack wants a jobs program to put Americans to work rebuilding US infrastructure using some of their cash money. The GOP/Tea/Fox/Jesus freak party says no dice. Short of that, how will the American wage earner ever crawl out of this hole? Corporations are fully invested already..production is at 100%....it's just not here. They say they'll 'bring that money home' if they're not taxed. They're not taxed now, so why bother 'coming home'? What the $%^& is wrong here?

Resolved Question: Question for Tea Party supporters?

If the Tea Party were in power, could they help the average working guy make a better living? If they lowered taxes for the rich and deregulated government, would the rich suddenly start hiring more people and pay then a better wage? Would not the rich continue to operate on the policy of greed and pursue greater profits by continuing to seek out cheaper labor in foreign countries, and reduce labor costs at home so as to increase profits?

In my opinion, growing poverty is a structural problem which won't be solved by reducing taxes and government. I personally don't have an answer for the guy who lost his house, and his manufacturing job to some peasant in Mexico, and now he's supporting his family by working at Walmart.

Open Question: exclusive distribution rights?

Over the past 2 months I have contacted and made arrangements with a clothing manufacture in China to obtain there exclusive distribution rights for Canada to there product that I have not signed back as of yet. I have a wholesaler contact here in Toronto that is interested in this product and has given me a half a page letter of intent stating I would use them as my exclusive agent and distributor.
My question is since I do not have the resources to bring the product in from China or the client base the wholesaler has to distribute it and who will be fronting all the money as well, I believe that I would have no other options but to receive this 25% net profit arrangement they have offered me as a finders fee. I do not have any interest to go out and get a loan from the bank as I am currently employed and have a family at home, Is there any other way for me to keep or commit to this agreement from China that asks me to provide them with quarterly projected amounts and not be legally obligated to this contract if things do not go as
